About Us

E3 (Empower. Equip. Elevate.) is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower, equip, and elevate women on a journey that leads to courageous life change. Our goal is to provide resources and support to women who are facing challenges and need assistance in achieving their goals. We will do this through a variety of programs, services, and events that promote personal growth and development within the trades industry.

It was very refreshing to be around ladies with same visions or stories that empower us to keep going, that encourages us more. It was a time to just be ourselves and a time to analyze and refocus our lives to really see if what we are working towards is our actual goal. Appreciate this event done for us and grateful for everyone that took part in this.

It was a blast. Michelle is such an inspiration to the industry and it was a pleasure to be a part of the event! I can't wait for the next one!

We provide one-on-one counseling and mentoring services to women who need support and guidance.

We offer educational programs on topics such as financial literacy, career development, and personal growth.

Support groups

We provide support groups for women who are facing similar challenges.

Volunteering

We believe in the power of community and the strength of women coming together to make a positive impact.
